Water-to-Go is a water filtration system that eradicates harmful substances leaving you with safe, healthy water anywhere in the world.

The 3-in-1 filters have been created based on technology originally developed for NASA. The filter eliminates over 99.9% of all microbiological contaminants as well as chlorine, fluoride and heavy metals such as lead from any source apart from salt water.

Water-to-Go seeks to protect our planet by offering an environmentally friendly reusable alternative to single-use plastic water bottles.

By using Water-to-Go products you’ll be healthier, wealthier and helping to make the world a better place.

The Hunger Project is a global, non-profit, strategic organization committed to the sustainable end of world hunger by 2030.

Their programs in more than 16,000 communities throughout Africa, South Asia and Latin America seek to empower women and men living in rural villages to become the agents of their own development and make sustainable progress in overcoming hunger and poverty.

Supporting the Hunger Project can help children like Namukasa Kasolo Tayiha have the education and future they deserve.

Supporting the Hunger Project can help empower women like Guiré develop a business such as a restaurant and provide for their family.

Supporting the Hunger Project can mobilise communities through agriculture in setting up market gardens for the women of the epicenter to work on during the dry season to produce vegetables.

The project will see Water-to-Go launch a limited Edition bottle and for each sale, the equivalent of £20.00 will be donated to The Hunger Project.

The Hunger Project and Water-to-Go are commencing an exciting partnership in Switzerland. Water-to-Go manufactures and sells reusable water bottles with an internal 3-in-1 filter that delivers clean and safe drinking water from almost any source. Our mission is to help enhance access to safe, healthy water anywhere in the world, while minimizing the waste that accumulates from the use of disposable plastic water bottles.

This new partnership with The Hunger Project is part of Water-to-Go’s commitment to socially-responsible business practices. Following our initial partnership, we are now looking to expand further into different markets. This is something that we hope we can do as this partnership has the potential to make a real difference in the world. There would be no better achievement than helping to eliminate extreme hunger and poverty. We want you to help us and be a part of this amazing project.

Dave Shanks

Founder and Managing Director of Water-to-Go

"We are very excited about this partnership with the Hunger Project and we hope you will join us on this journey. Water-to-Go put simply is a portable water filtration system but the brand stands for so much more than that.

Our vision is to give the world safe clean water that everyone can afford and to also help put an end to the damage to the planet created by plastic waste. The Hunger Project is a fantastic organisation that shares these visions and is an advocate for everything that our brand stands for. We, therefore, want to make this a permanent partnership as we want to further the brand worldwide and be a part of the Hunger Project's journey to eliminate extreme hunger and poverty by 2030.

That is where we need your help. Our bottle is a representation of our visions as we both seek to save the planet from plastic pollution and world hunger and poverty. If you purchase a limited edition bottle today, half of your money will go straight into this amazing project that will change lives. The bottle will be a physical symbol of your generosity and commitment to this project.

Thank you in advance for your support for us and this project."

"Access to clean water is a critical part of The Hunger Project’s approach to ending worldwide hunger.

This new, exciting partnership with Water-to-Go demonstrates the opportunities that exist when shared values align between organizations.”

$25 could support one person in participating in our Functional Adult Literacy program with a trained facilitator at one of The Hunger Project’s epicenters in Africa. This equates to the donation the Hunger Project will receive from the sale of each bottle. Below is what could be achieved if you bought several bottles.

$40 could support one woman elected to her local village council (“Panchayat”) in India to participate in The Hunger Project’s Women’s Leadership Workshop. These 3-4 day participatory trainings build confidence among elected women representatives and provide them with information and knowledge about their key roles and responsibilities in their Panchayats -- so they can support their communities in gaining access to resources -- like safe drinking water -- that are rightfully theirs.

$50 could train one Epicenter Committee leader in Africa. Members of an Epicenter Committee—usually six men and six women—are elected by the community to oversee the regular operations of the building after it is constructed.

$100 could support one Women’s Empowerment Program workshop in Africa, with an average of 60 participants -- both women and men -- to foster an environment that empowers women to take up strategic positions in society and decision-making bodies as well as empower them as advocates for human rights and gender-based and development issues within their communities.

$150 could support five young people in Bangladesh to participate in The Hunger Project’s Youth End Hunger animator training, which works to bring the creativity and leadership of the youth population to the forefront while stimulating a sense of social responsibility.

$200 could support community-led projects on water or food production in reaching 100 people in rural Mexico with improved access to clean water and adequate nutrition.

Alternatively, you can make a donation to the Hunger Project on their website or JustGiving page. Any donations will be gratefully received and used to full effect.
